Garlic Broiled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1/2 c. unsalted butter3 tbsp minced garlic3 tbsp lite soy sauce1/4 tsp black pepper1 tbsp dried parsley5 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions

1. Preheat broiler, lightly grease baking pan.
2. In microwave safe bowl, mix butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper & parsley. Cook 2 min on high till butter is melted.
3. Arrange chicken on baking pan and coat with butter mixture, reserving some for basting.
4. Broil chicken 20 min in preheated oven till juices run clear, turning occasionally basting with remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with parsley, optional, to serve.
