Vegetarian Meatloaf

Ingredients
5 cups rehydrated TVP(texturized vegetable protein)5 eggs1/2 cup bread crumbs1 cup oatmeal1/2 cup grated onion1 tbsp garlic2 tsp salt1 tbsp cayenne pepper powder1 oz lime juice2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Soak 8 oz TVP in water for 15 minutes. Rinse and add seasonings and let stand for 10 minutes.
Seasonings:
Add garlic, worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt, pepper, Grated onions, salt, oregano, sage
After 10 minutes add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat oven to 400
Grease pan and form loaf with mixture
Bake for 40 minutes or until brown.
