Healthy Autum Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 C Raisins1 C Chopped Apple1 1/2 C Whole Grain Flour1/2 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 C Sugar (Granulated)2 tsp. Cinnamon(Ground)1/2 tsp. Nutmeg (Ground)1/4 tsp. Allspice1/2 tsp Salt3/4 C Wheat Bran1/4 C Oat Bran1 C Pumplin (Pureed)2/3 C Fat Free Milk1/3 C Applesauce (unsweetened)1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven: 400*

1. Soak raisins in warm water.

2. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda, sugar, spices, salt and bran in a bowl. In a separate bowl, blend together pumpkin, milk, applesauce and vanilla. Add dry ingrediants and mix until just moist. Add raisins and chopped apples.

3. Divide batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
