Fiesta Layered Supper Salad (E-Mealz)

Ingredients
1 bag chopped romaine lettuce2 boneless chicken breast, cooked & chopped1 c 2% shredded cheddar6 oz sliced mushrooms! medium purple onion, sliced into rings1 large tomato, chopped2 c frozen green peas, thawed2 oz RF real bacon pieces( ! c FF mayo, ! c FF sour cream)
Directions
In large glass bowl, layer lettuce, chopped
chicken, 1 cup of cheese, mushrooms, onion,
tomatoes, and peas. Mix mayo and sour
cream. Spread over salad. Cover, seal, and
refrigerate over night, or 5 hrs. Sprinkle with 1
cup of cheese and bacon pieces before serving.
