Ingredients
Beef Tip Roast - 1.88 pd2 Large baked potatoes sliced tin1 bag frozen sliced carrots1.5 cups red wine.5 cup soy sauce.5 cup Worcestershire1 cup beef broth1 tsp salt1 tbsp garlic salt2 tsp black ground pepper
Directions
In your crock pot put in 1 larged potato sliced (not to thin), 1/2 of bag of carrots
next add roast, then remaning carrots and potatoes. Add your seasonings (salt, pepper,garlic salt) then add liquids (wine, soy, worcestire, beef broth). Cover and cook low for 7 hours.

Plate and serve
