Orzo Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
4 cups low sodium Chicken Broth1 Tbs Unsalted Butter1 1/4 tsp course salt1/4 tsp Black Pepper1 Lb chicken tenderloins - cut to 1 inch pieces1 Lb Orzo pasta4 oz Feta Cheese1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Dill2 tsp of Fresh Lemon Zest1 Tbl Fresh Lemon Juice1 cup Grated Parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. In a saucepan, bring broth, 3/4 cup water, salt and pepper to a boil. In a 3 qt baking dish combine chicken, orzo, feta, dill lemon zest and juice. Pour liquid over orzo, stir to incorporate. Bake until orzo is yender and liquid is vreamy - 40 minutes. Sprinkle parmesan on top and broil for color.
