Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel Bread Pudding

6 slices of bread (Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin)2 cups skim milk2 eggs2 egg whites½ cup of Agave Nectar2 tbsp of Olive Oil Butter Spread (melted)1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon of vanilla extractraisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. In an 8x8 glass pan, tear bread up and lay in the pan. Sprinkle in raisins and drizzle with butter.
In mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, agave nectar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour over the bread. Make sure that you use a fork to push the bread down to soak up all the bread pieces in the egg/milk mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
