Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Honey w/out Flour Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 cup dry oats2 Tbsp peanut butter (chunky or smooth)2 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp vanilla extractCinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Line a baking sheet (or plate) with wax paper
Use a tablespoon to scoop batter onto wax paper and flatten into a cookie shape
Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
Put cookies in refrigerator to cool overnight
