Ingredients
6 strawberries, hulled.5 cup frozen blueberries.5 cup frozen raspberries1/3 cup skim milk.5 cup non fat plain yogurt (can use vanilla yogurt if plain is too tart for your preferences)6 cubes ice, crushed
Directions
Blend all ingredients EXCEPT ice in blender until smooth.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
