Simple Fried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
MargarineEggCheeseBreadSalt & Pepper
Directions
Put a small pat of margarine in the pan and fry your egg - salt and pepper. While the egg is frying toast your bread and spread the remaining margarine on toast. Once the egg is nearly cooked top with slice of cheese to melt. You can place a lid over the egg and cheese to keep the heat in. when the cheese is melted put the egg with cheese on the bread and make your sandwich. Enjoy!

This is great for lunch or dinner with raw carrots on the side and a low-fat dressing for dipping.
