Egg white Muffinwich w/ Canadian Bacon & Salsa

Ingredients
1 english muffin, halved2 slices on Canadian Bacon2 egg whites2 tbsp salsa
Directions
Scramble or fry 2 egg whites
Toast english muffin halves
Brown Canadian Bacon sliced in pan, cook for about 2 minutes on each side, medium heat
Assemble egg on top of muffin halves with one slice of Canadian Bacon & top with salsa.
Eat seperately as open face muffinwiches or together as one big muffinwich.
