Chicken Tetrazini

1 pkg spaghetti noodles2 c chicken broth2 c milk1/4 c butter4 T cream cheese1.5 c mozzarella (or monterrey jack, or colby jack)2 c canned chicken breast1 sm onion diced1 8oz pkg fresh mushrooms1/2 c flour1/2 t sale1 t pepper2 t garlic powder
Cook spaghetti as usual. Mix broth, milk, butter, cream cheese and spices, bring to a boil. Gradually add flour, bring to a boil for a while then add meat, onion and mushrooms. Let simmer for a bit.
In a 13x9 pan put noodles then cover with sauce. Mix all together then top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle w/extra garlic powder (I left this part out).
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
