Seasoned Round Eye Steak

Ingredients
2 small steaks - round eye1 Tbsp. Steak Sauce1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt4 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce1/2 cup water2 cloves garlic- minced
Directions
Makes 2 servings of 1 Steak each. (approx. 4oz ea)

Add all ingredients to a ziplock bag and marinade all day.
Remove steaks from bag and place in greased baking dish. Pour Sauce over steaks.

Bake at 325* for 45 minutes. Flip steaks and bake an additional 45 - 60 min.

This is really good served with veggies and brown rice. I would reccomend serving with a food that is fairly bland or spicy since the steaks will be more on the salty side.

    Sounds good, but at 1537.5 mg sodium per serving, I don't think it belongs on SparkPeople recipes as a healthy recipe. One small serving of protein equals a whole day's worth of sodium for many people looking here for healthy alternative recipes.
