whole wheat pizza/calzone crust

Ingredients
4c whole wheat flour 1/3 c olive oil 1 1/2 c water 1 packet fast acting yeast1t salt
Directions
warm oven to 200degrees then turn off
add cup and half warm water to yeast in small bowl let sit
add flour and salt togather in larger bowl then mix in 1/3 c EVOO then stir yeast mixture and add in knead until mixed. LIne bowl with EVOO place dough in bowl and roll in the EVOO until coated then cover with a warm wet towel and place in off oven until has doubled in size. It makes two pizzas or 8 calzones. if making calzones brush with EVOO before going into the oven bake 500 degrees for 12 minutes. :)
