1/2 head shredded cabbage (or 1 bag pre-mixed)4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (2 C.) or 2 cans (12.5 oz) chicken breast, drained4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 C.)1/2 C. dry roasted peanuts2 T. sesame seeds2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles (broken up and toasted in oven)1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin orangesDressing:1/4 C. vegetable oil2 T. vinegar2 T. sugarseasoning packets from Ramen noodles1/4 t. pepper
Mix cabbage, chicken, onions, peanuts, sesame seeds, and toasted Ramen noodles in large mixing bowl. Mix dressing ingredients. Shake or mix dressing again and add to salad just prior to serving. Add mandarin oranges and mix well.
