Cold Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing packet, 4 serving (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)*PILLSBURY, Grands Crescent Rolls, 2 tubesSour Cream, 1 cup
Directions
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and spread the two tubes of crescent rolls out one on top of the other. Bake in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Cut up carrots, peppers, broccoli into small pieces.

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing packet in a bowl thoroughly.

Once the dough is cool, spread the ranch mixture over the top and top with cheese and vegetables.
