1 T unsweetened coca powder1 T smooth peanut butter (I use Jif)1/2 cup dry plain oatmeal1 cup water1 T low calorie sweetener
Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl - microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds. Remove and stir. Place back in microwave and cook for 1 minute on high - let sit.
You can add more or less water to your taste/consistency.
