Ballhouse Summer Salad

Ingredients
2 Avocados - peeled and chopped3 Tomatoes - chopped1 Cucumber - peeled and chopped3-4 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar1/4 Cup Olive Oil1/2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Clean, peel and chop veggies - mix all spices, oil and vinegar in a separate dish and then pour over chopped vegetables. Stir gently just until combined. Serve. (Can also be made ahead and refrigerated.
