Lauren's Lasagna

Ingredients
6 cups favorite Marinara1 # lean ground beef1/2 # italian sausage1 # Mozz2 containers 1% Cottage Cheese, drained3/4 c Parm1/2 c Egg Beaters9 lasagna noodles1Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Cook noodles. Drain. Brown the beef and sausage together. Drain and rinse. Mix marinara sauce with beef mixture. In seperate bowl, mix parm, Italian seasoning cottage cheese and egg beaters. Spray lasagna pan w/ olive oil Pam. Start w/ noodles, then cottage cheese, then meat sauce, then mozz.. Repeat layers. Bake covered at 350 for about 45 minutes. Uncover the last 10 minutes. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 (large portions)
