ham and potato omlette

Ingredients
6 eggs250g boiled potato diced1 red bell pepper diced 1 red onion diced2 slices of lean ham100g chedder to top
Directions
whisk eggs and put aside.
dice veg and ham.
soften potato and onion in pan.
add egg mixture, bell pepper and ham and cook for five minutes.
Place under the grill for five minutes then add cheese and continue to grill until cooked and cheese is browned.
