Wholemeal Rhubard Crumble

rumble;wholemeal flour 80 gStork margarine, 40 gram(s) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 tbspFilling;Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 tbspRhubarb, 5 stalks, cut into 1cm pieces
Put the rhubarb, along with a tbsp of water into a saucepan and cook until rhubarb is tender. (few mins).
Rub the stork into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs and then stir in the 3 tsp of splenda blend.
Put the rhubarb into an oven proof dish and top with the crumble mix sprinkled over it.
Bake at 180C for approx 15 mins until cooked and golden brown in colour.
