Fresh veggies stir fry

Ingredients
5 cups zuchini diced1 large yellow pepper diced1 large red pepper diced2 cups celery diced1 cup cauliflower chopped2 tomatoes chopped
Directions
Combine all of the diced vegetables in an electric frying pan or a wok. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Season with your choice of seasonings like garlic powder, coriander, basil etc. Avoid using garlic salt, onion salt etc. in order to keep sodium intake low. Serves 5, approx 1 1/3 cup per serving.
