Red beans with Veal Sausage (slow cooker)

Ingredients
2 cups dried kidney beans5 oz veal sausage (cut into half inch slices)salt and pepper to taste3 cups of water1 bay leaf 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Soak kidney beans overnight. Saute' veal sausage in a frying pan in pam spray. Add beans, sausage, salt, pepper, and other ingredients into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve with brown rice and salad for a complete and fibrous meal.
