Chicken with black bean and corn salsa

3 Tyson grilled (fully cooked, frozen) chicken breastsJuice of 1 lime1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can corn, drained and rinsed1/2 jalapeno diced (seeds/membrane removed)1 Tbsp cumin1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp Garlic chopped2 Tbsp chopped onion (I used red)Salt and pepper to taste1 small tomato chopped1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
In a small dry skillet warm chicken breasts. In another skillet add oil, garlic, onion, jalapeno, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper and brown until fragrant. Add drained beans and corn, toss to coat, heat through, stir chopped cilantro as you remove the mixture from the heat. Top each chicken breast with 1/3 of the bean mixture, add a handful of the chopped tomatoes and a squeeze of lime juice.
