Hanne's Oma's Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Canola oil2 Tbsp lemon juice1 Tbsp low fat sour cream1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped (or other herbs)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine oil, lemon juice and sour cream until blended. Add herbs and spices.

This makes enough dressing for 4 servings. I love it for cucumber salad. You can also use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
