Unpotato Salad corrected

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower1 cup red onion2 cups Hellman's Reduced Fat Mayo1 cup Splenda1/2 cup cider vinegar4 hard boiled eggssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
steam cauliflower just till soft (but not mushy). put in a bowl with chopped red onions and boiled eggs. In a seperate bowl add mayo, cider vinegar and splenda. Stir together then add to cauliflower mixture. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, then serve.
