Ingredients
Lentils - 1 cupTomatoes - 1/2 cupOlive Oil - 2 tspChilli powder - 1 tspSpinach fresh 0 1/2 cupEdamame fresh - 1/4 cupSquash (any kind) - 1/2 cupSalt - 1 tspWater - 1 - 1.5 cup
Directions
Cook lentils with water, vegetables and salt in a pressure cooker. Heat oil, add chilli powder, stir fry and add lentil mixture. Add some water and cook well.
