Beth's No-Bake Cookies Healthy Makeover

2 Cups of Xylitol*1/2 Cup of Organic Milk1 Stick of Organic Butter3 Tbsp of Organic Cocoa1 Tsp of Organic Ground Sea Salt3 Cups of Gluten-Free Organic Oats or Oatmeal1 Tsp Organic Vanilla Extract1/2 Cup of Organic Creamy Peanut Butter1 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut* If you prefer more sweetness, you can take out one or two tbsp of xylitol and substitute with dry Stevia.
1. Combine xylitol, milk, butter, cocoa, and salt in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes while continually stirring.
3. Remove from heat and add, one cup at a time, vanilla, peanut butter, coconut, and oatmeal.
4. Use spoon or ice cream scooper to drop onto wax paper.
5. Allow cookies to set overnight.
One cookie is one serving.
