Kelly's Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts5 cups of water2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup (Campbell's Condensed)1lb of Baby Carrots (organic)2 Cups of Chopped Red Onions3 Stalks of Celery (chopped)2 boxes of Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
Add 1 can of soup to the Slow Cooker
Add 1 cup of hot water and stir
Add 1lb of baby carrots
Add chicken breasts
Add 1 can of soup on top
Add 1 cup of hot water
Open Uncle Ben's rice boxes and sprinkle seasoning packets on top.
Add onions and celery followed by 3 cups of hot water and stir.
Place lid on top and cook on high for 1 hour, stir and cook for another 7 hours and wala!
There will be plenty of leftovers for the next 3 days for lunch and dinner.
