Shrimp with Snow peas

Ingredients
8oz shrimp8oz pkg fresh sliced mushrooms2 cups snow peas , fresh1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped red pepper2 tbsp canola or olive oilgarlic to taste
Directions
* makes 4 servings, about 2 cups each

In a large wok or frying pan, heat up 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms; after they have browned some , add the other vegetables, stopping to stir every few minutes. After veggies have become tender (after about 10-15 min.), add shrimp. Keep cooking until shrimp is pink.
Remove from heat. Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium) and season to taste.
** I did not figure rice into the calorie totals, but it's a nice serving suggestion.
