Rotini and Vegetables with Cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat rotini1 c. frozen California blend vegetables1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. skim milk
Directions
Cook rotini in boiling water until tender. Drain.
Steam frozen vegetables until tender. Add vegetables, cheese and milk to drained rotini. Heat until hot. makes 2 3/4-cup servings.
