Berry Banana Smoothies

Ingredients
1 Medium Banana1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit)1 cup (8 oz) Low fat soy milk
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
You may need to push the frozen berries down a couple times, to make sure they blend.

Makes 16 oz. total. Adjust nutrition info to suit your serving size. I usually serve 8oz portions.
