Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, fried with with onions & garlic1 med. onion, chopped (fried with beef)1 garlic clove minced2 T. Beef soup base1 can (15 oz) Tomatoes, diced1 can (15 oz ) Tomato sauce2 c. Green peppers, sliced2 c. Green cabbage, sliced Water to cover. Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Fry ground beef, onions, garlic in skillet
Add all ingredients to crock pot
Turn on low for 4-8 hours

Serve as is for Low Carb or over rice for family
