Honey chipotle glazed chicken loaf

32 ounces ground chicken1 sleeve of Ritz-like crackers smashed to smitherenes1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs2 large fresh eggsAbout 1/4 cup of honey bbq sauce of your choice1 tsp ground sage1 tbsp each of garlic and onion powderHONEY CHIPOTLE GLAZE1 cup ketchup1/4 cup honey1 tbsp balsamic vinegarand a little less than 1 tsp of chipotle powder
Preheat the oven to 375 F with rack in the middle.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, ground crackers and bread crumbs, bbq sauce, eggs, and seasonings-either with your hands or a large spoon. Evenly spread in an 8" by 8" square pan and place in oven until cooked all the way through. (About 1.5 hours)
About 1 hour into baking time, in a small sauce pot on medium heat, combine the ingredients for glaze. As soon as it starts to bubble, remove from heat and pour/spread evenly over chicken loaf.
Continue baking until completely cooked. Rare chicken=owee tummy.
