Saucy Cubed Steak

1 1/2 lb Beef cubed steak 1 cn Lowfat cream of mushroom Soup 1/3 c Plain fat free yogurt 1 tb Dry white wine 1 cn (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, paprika
Place meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7 1/2 x 2" baking dish. Cover with clear plastic wrap; vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish. Micro cook on 100% (HIGH) for 6 to 8 minutes or until done, turning the meat and rearranging once. Let meat stand, covered, while preparing sauce. For sauce, in a 2 cup microwave safe measure cup, stir the soup, yogurt, and wine. Stir in mushrooms. Cook, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Transfer the meat to a serving platter. Pour the
sauce over. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
Serve over rice.
