Ingredients
2 cups lowfat plain yogurt1 cup lowfat milk half a frozen banana1/2 cup frozen berries6 tbsp. Splenda
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. If using vanilla or other flavored yogurt, omit Splenda. Makes two 16 oz. smoothies.
