1lb lean Ground beef1 Onion, chopped1 large baby zucchini, sliced1 cup chopped bell peppers (green, yellow, orange and/or red)10 (8oz) fresh Mushrooms3-4 Celery stalks, chopped1 sm can Diced Tomatoes (540ml or 2 cups)1 sm can Tomato Paste (156ml or 0.6 cups)1 sm can Tomato Sauce (213 or 0.85 cups)1 container Spaghetti Sauce (about 700ml)1 tsp Sugar2 tsp Brown Sugar1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Basil1 tsp Thyme1 tsp dry mustard powder1 tsp Pepper1 tsp Chili powder2 tbsp minced Garlic (2-3 cloves)
- Fry onion until almost cooked and then add meat until fully cooked.
- Drain fat and place in slowcooker
- Add all other ingredients
Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8.
