Italian Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning1/3 c. Minute Tapioca2 lbs. diced chuck roast1 c. celery (diced)1 c. frozen cut corn2 c. frozen snap beans1 c. water1 tsp. beef bouillon powder 2 Tbsp minced onion or 1/2 c. rough chopped onion
Directions
Combine all and toss into the crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours.

Today I browned the meat because it was still very cold and I got started late. Enjoy!
