Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 28 oz Can Chop Suey Vegetables1 12 oz Can Bean Sprouts1 10 oz Can Water Chestnuts1 Cup Mushrooms1 Large Onion4 Chicken Boullion6 Cups Water4 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
Directions
Boil Chicken Breast, onion and boullion in water until chicken is done. Remove chicken breast and tear into strips, return to pot, add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer for 1/2 hour or longer. Serve over cooked rice.

Sometimes I add sliced carrots and bell peppers at the beginning... I just entered what I was using today.

I know this is super high in sodium, I am interested to see how it can be lessened. I truly love this as a go to dinner and entered it to find out what the nutritional value was for my daily log.
