Ingredients
1/2 cup steel-cut oats1/4 cup frozen fruit (berries or peaches)1 tbslp slivered almonds1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup non-fat milk1 tsp sugar or 1 packet artifical sweetener
Directions
Combine the oats, berries, almonds, vanilla, milk and sugar in a ceral bowl and stir well. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Can substitute any frozen fruit for berries, almond or soy milk for milk and sugar free sweetener for sugar.
