100 calorie 100% whole wheat apple cranberry stuffing

Ingredients
6 slices of whole wheat bread, cubed and toasted or dried1 medium onion, finely chopped2 large celery stalks, finely chopped2 medium carrots, finely chopped2 small apples, finely chopped2/3 cup frozen cranberries1 T butter2 Large eggs1 cup nonfat milk.5 tsp dried sagenutmeg to tastesalt and pepper to tastesweetner if you must
Directions
Make like stuffing. Sweat mirepoix. add apples. sweat apples. make custard with spices. Temper veg and custard. Mix with bread cubes. Fold in cranberries. Smoosh 2/3 cup into each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin that has been generously sprayed.

350 oven until middles are set
Makes 12 individual servings.
