Kel's coucous salad

Ingredients
1 cup cooked and cooled coucous1 medium red pepper chopped1 medium english cucumber chopped2 cups chopped parsley1 medium tomato chopped2 tbs olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook coucous as instructed on package, refrigerate until cool
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Salt and pepper to taste
