Fanoel Egg and Ham Roll

Ingredients
One long bread roll,one lettuce leaf, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice cucumber, 1 25g slice cheddar cheese, one egg, mixed with tsp mayonnaise, 1 slice ham, (or chicken breast cooked about 25 g) beetroot slice, capscium and red onion to garnish,
Directions
Split roll, line with lettuce leaf, cheese, cucumber, tomato egg, ham, garnish with onion, capsicum, beetroot. ( i sometimes spread with a little, tsp corn relish)
