Gluten Free Flour Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients
150g brown rice flour50g potato starch50g tapioca flour50g gram flour2 tsps xanthan gum1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp sugar1 tsp salt2 tbsp olive oil250ml water
Directions
1. Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl
2. Add half the water, stir
3. Add the oil, stir
4. Add the remainder of the water, a little at a time until you have a ball of dough
5. Divide the dough into 8 sections
6. Roll out on a floured board
7. Dry fry on a flat pan or griddle until the surface bubbles and there are brown flecks
8. Turn once and brown the other side
9. Keep warm until served.

NB Will freeze in a sealed plastic bag for upto 3 months.
