4 Bananas1/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened130 mL Agave Nectar1 Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Baking SodaPinch of Salt1 1/2 cup Flour1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix applesauce and mashed bananas in large mixing bowl, add Agave, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle in salt and baking soda and mix in. Add flour and then chips. Pour mixture into a sprayed 4x8 loaf pan. Bake for 50 mins. Cool on rack. Makes 14 good sized slices!
