Just Good Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, shredded fine3 medium carrots, shredded fine2 green onion, choppedthe dressing:1/2 c. light mayo ( or miracle whip will give a bit more zing)1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream1 T. nonfat milk1 T. lemon juicea little less than 1 T. prepared mustard1 T. apple cider vinegar2 T. Splenda or sugar1/4 t. salt1/4 t. celery seed (optional)
Directions
1. Combine the dressing ingredients.

2. Add to the shredded veggies.

3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Makes 15 servings of approx. 2/3 cup.

    This is excellant! I made it and loved it. It has less fat in it which is what I am more concerned about in my diet. The little bit of lemon juice and celery seed added that something extra it needed. Great! - 6/21/10
