Immune Support Breakfast

Ingredients
2 c Rolled Grains (oats)1 c Oat Bran1/4 c dried fruit (apricots)1/2 c sunflower seeds 1/2 c raw nuts (no peanuts)1/2 c lecithin granules1/2 c ground flax seed meal1/2 c milk thistle seed (not incl in calorie breakdown)
Directions
Grind Milk Thistle Seed in blender til VERY FINE!

Combine all ingredients into airtight container and store in refrigerator.

Place 1/2 cup of mix into bowl and cover with milk, soy milk, or water. Let sit for 30 minutes. DO NOT COOK. Add sweetener, fresh fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, or nutmeg to taste. ENJOY!!!
