Vegan French Dip Sandwich

Au Jus:1/4 c. vegetable broth, chicken flavored preferably1/2 tsp. miso paste1 tsp. soy saucedash garlic powderdash oreganoSandwich:Trader Joes par-baked panini rolls4 slices hickory smoked Tofurkey 1/4 of a medium sized avocado, mashed1/4 c. onions, sliced1 tsp. olive oil
Combine all the Au Jus ingredients to make the Au Jus.
Heat the oil in a cast iron or non stick skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot add the onions. Stir often to make sure they don't burn. You want them good and caramelized. Meanwhile, toast the roll.
To assembles:
Spread the avocado onto the top of the toasted roll. On the bottom roll, place the tofurkey slices and the onions. Top with the avocadoed top roll, dip into the au jus and eat!
