Ingredients
1 cup raw soaked (overnight and rinsed) almonds4 cups water3 tbsp agave nectar lightvanilla extract (optional)
Directions
put the almonds and water into your blender and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes).Then use a nut milk bag, cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer bag to strain the pulp from the mixture .once strained well put back in blender and add agave nectar and vanilla extract then blend til well mixed..place into a pitcher and refrigerate - keeps about 3 - 4 days ,may need to shake before drinking if separation occurs while sitting in fridge.
