8 c flour2 tbsp baking powder3 c sugar2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp nutmegMix together well. Store in a tightly lidded containerTo use2 3/4 c mix1 egg, beaten1 c milk1/2 c melted coconut oil or butter
Directions

Combine liquids. Add dry ingreds. Ad 1 c fruit of choice. Bake 400 for 18-20 mins
